Der ägyptische Schwarze Block meldet sich erneut zu Wort:

“We are the Black Bloc … seeking people’s liberation, the fall of corruption and the toppling of the tyrant,” proclaimed a video announcing the group’s formation, posted online Thursday. It showed youths dressed in black marching in lines in Alexandria.

“We have arisen to confront the fascist tyrant regime of the Muslim Brotherhood with its military wing,” the video said, warning police not to interfere “or else we will respond without hesitation”.

Und die Islamisten reagieren mit einem, für sie so ganz typischen, Aufruf:

The Islamist party of the Jihad Organization and Jama’a al-Islamiya has said the ways of dealing with banditry specified in the Quran must be applied to Black Bloc members, which means they must be killed.

“God orders us to kill, crucify or cut off the hands and feet of those who spread mischief on earth,” said Jama’a al-Islamiya Mufti Abdel Akhar Hammad, citing a verse from the Quran. “The president must give that order.”
